Bono East: MP For Atebubu-Amantin Tours Registration Centres

The Member of Parliament, and Bono East Regional Minister, Hon. Kofi Amoakohene, has toured the 33 remaining voter registration centres in his constituency.

The tour took him to the following registration centres; Ahotor M/A Primary, all the registration centres in Atebubu Zongo enclave, Atebubu MA primary and JHS Registration centre, Atebubu Roman Catholic Primary and JHS Registration centres, Atebubu SDA registration centres, Deeper Life Registration centre and rounded his visitation at Atebubu Anglican Primary and Junior High schools Registration centres.

The Regional Minister and MP, Kofi Amoakohene, also visited some registration centres outside Atebubu township, Konkrompe, Sanwakyi, and Old Konkrompe registration centres.

The Minister, finally, registered at Atebubu Anglican Primary registration centre.

After his registration, he commended the Atebubu Amantin Municipal Electoral Commissioner for a good work done.

According tohim the Registration Officers exhibited good professional conduct and also followed the various covid-19 protocols.

"Veronica buckets were provided, temperature guns, sanitizers and social distancing were strictly observed by the registration Officers," he said.

Security details at all the Registration centres was conspicuous.

Hon. Kofi Amoakohene, appealed to some of his constituents who have not registered to do that before the phase 6 of the registration ends on the 6th of August.

Other dignitaries who accompanied the Minister on his rounds included, the constituency Chairman of Npp Atebubu Amantin, Honourable Musah Shaibu, Mr Taufic Adams, constituency Youth Organizer, Eric Koranteng, Communications Director of the Constituency, Mavis Nyaaba, constituency Women Organizer, Osei Kofi, Deputy Constituency Organizer, and other top officials of the party.
