The GNPC Foundation has donated one hundred and seventy (170) mattresses to the Twin City Special School in Sekondi of the Western Region.

The kind gesture was in response to an urgent appeal for support by the school through the Headmistress, Mrs. Crescentia Efua Bilson-Sai, to improve the living conditions of the students.

Speaking after a brief ceremony, the Executive Director of the Foundation, Dr. Dominic Eduah, stated that GNPC’s vision is to extend support to as many Ghanaians as possible under its Corporate Social Responsibility CSR) focus.

He added that, “persons with disability remain a quintessential group of interest to the Foundation’s activities.”

Receiving the donation on behalf of the school, the Headmistress, Mrs Bilson-Sai said, “The GNPC Foundation has responded with the level of swiftness required to deal with our challenge and we couldn’t be more grateful. This will go a long way in our bid to protect our special need students in this COVID-19 era.”
