My Ex-Husband Has Turned Into An Enemy! - Joyce Blessing Tears Up
There is a saying that you don't mix business with pleasure but gospel singer, Joyce Blessing chose to mix her marriage with business and as a result her music career is today on the verge of sabotage.
Although one cannot tell if Joyce Blessing has regretted allowing her estranged husband, Dave Joy, manage her music career for years, she however broke down in tears while discussing what she is suffering in the hands of Dave Joy after the two decided to part ways.
An all-teary Joyce Blessing, in an interview on Peace FM's ''Entertainment Review'', disclosed her divorced husband who has seized all her original social media handles is sabotaging her.
According to her, because Dave Joy has refused to let her have her accounts back, particularly her YouTube channel which has been monetized; she decided to open new accounts but the ex-husband is tampering with the new accounts as well.
She stated that she recently held a virtual concert and uploaded it on her new YouTube channel but Dave Joy copied a portion of the content and posted on her old YouTube which he is the administrator, and due to his actions, Joyce Blessing new YouTube has been flagged meaning she risks losing it if she continues to post stuff related to her music.
Meanwhile, she doesn't have any access to her old accounts as all her log-in credentials have been changed by Dave Joy; she told the host Akwasi Aboagye.
The unbreakable Joyce Blessing added that Dave Joy has gone as far as posting a song she is still cooking and not ready for release on her old YouTube, all part of the husband's seeming wickedness to cripple her music career following their divorce.
She therefore literally begged the husband to keep her old accounts but allow her to peacefully build her new brand.
When asked why she is not claiming her old accounts, Joyce Blessing explained that she and her husband have a 50/50 share in the monetary value of the old accounts, adding she didn't enter into a written contractual agreement with him because of their marriage.
But she is ready to move on and all she's asking the man is to just stop sabotaging her, stressing ''I want to have my peace and continue my career''.
''It's my own account though but because you were my husband, we have children and we've been working together, in fact you've helped my ministry; that's why I decided to leave the accounts for you to start new ones in order to bring peace. But the new one I've started too, still you keep disrupting me which is not helping me. So, I ask him if he wants me to turn into a beggar that he will see me on the streets begging to make ends meet or what!'', she added.
She also emphasized that her ''marriage issues shouldn't affect my career. At the end of the day, I will suffer most because it's my career; he doesn't sing''.
