Covid-19: Akufo-Addo Delivers 24th National Address Tonight

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo will today give his 24th Address to the nation on the fight against COVID-19.

Today's address is expected to be on the Covid-19 vaccine rollout plan which is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, March 2, 2021, for selected groups.

Ghana recently took delivery of 600,000 AstraZeneca vaccines and information from the presidency indicates that the President will be the first to be vaccinated.

Meanwhile, Ghana has recorded 5,480 active cases and 626 new cases as of 24 February 2021.

In all, there have been 83,212 confirmed cases, 599 deaths, and 77,133 recovered/discharged.
