Alan, The Right Man To Lead NPP And Create Sustainable Grassroot Jobs

The grassroots of a political party constitute the beehive of electoral victory because it is their constant advocacy that advances the course of the party.

What this means is that the major demand of the grassroots which is job creation must be met within the context of national development.

There’s no need to belabor the essence of the grassroots and party leadership.
The point is God has unveiled to us a trade behemoth who is the panacea to our job creation deficit.

It is no doubt that Ghana is endowed with diverse natural resources but we haven’t been able to monetize these resources to the utmost benefit of the state and by so doing creating jobs for the grassroots.

In an era of industrialization and the development of economies, there’s no doubt that the mantle of leadership in the NPP when handed over to Alan Kyerematen will see a change in the fortunes of the grassroots of the NPP party and the country at large.

His track record bears him out in this regard. Why do I say so?

First of all, to reduce our import bill and protect the local market, he has spearheaded the creation of an automobile policy, that has driven many foreign players to come and assemble vehicles in Ghana and so doing has created thousands of jobs.

He has spearheaded the revival of local factories and the creation of new ones to create jobs for the grassroots in their respective areas.
For example, Ekumfi juice factory and Astek fruit Processing Ltd at Nsawam are prime examples of this strategic initiative.

He has enhanced Foreign Direct Investments (FDI) and by so doing created extensive jobs for the grassroots.
An example is the 80 million dollar B5 plus investment at Ningo-Prampram.

Even in the time of COVID, he enhanced production diversification by facilitating the production of nose masks and sanitizers by various local factories to prevent the importation of the same

Many other things bear Mr. Alan Kyeremanteng out as a visionary job creator who will add value to our natural resources to engender national development and protect the benefits of the party grassroots as well.

He did it in 1992 as a founding Chairman of the Young Executive Forum (YEF) and member of the National Executive Committee (NEC) where he mobilized professionals, intellectuals, and the business communities to help support the party and its grassroots.

Alan is the master job creator who will create sustainable jobs for party executives and grassroots.
