Dear Mr. Inspector-General of Police (IGP),Good morning, sir! How are you doing, sir? Sir, I am writing to draw your attention to the impending �June 4� activities planned to take place in the country by the ever active dictator, Flt. Lt. Nana Jerry John Rawlings.
Last year, on June 4th, Flt. Lt. Nana Jerry John Rawlings organized some misguided people in the northern sector of our country in an activity that disturbed the peace. As I understand it, he obtained no police permit to conduct his activities, making the said activities unlawful.
I ask you, sir, please do not allow him to perform any �June 4� activities in any part of the country this year or in any other year since it is illegal for him to publicly celebrate �June 4�. The Court ruled that he can celebrate �June 4�, privately, making me question whether or not a police permit should be issued to him at all, if he requests one!
Under the Court ruling dictator Rawlings can only celebrate �June 4� in his home, in a manner that it will not disturb the peace in his neighborhood. He has proven to be a trouble maker, a creator of disturbances and a plotter of violence. He has shown no respect for the law, or the people of our country! He is not ready for peace; therefore, he is getting ready for The Hague.
Inspector-General, if he is in violation of the law, please dispatch your men to disperse the crowd and arrest him for his crimes. He is not above the law, none of us are! I hope that I have drawn your attention to this very important matter in time for action to be taken. Thank you for your valuable time, sir. Have a nice day, sir!
