Agenda 111 Projects: Doubting Thomas's Are At It Again But...– Mame Yaa Aboagye

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, as part of measures to mitigate the impact of the health crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic cut the sod on Tuesday, August 17, 2021, for the commencement of the construction of hospitals under the government’s Agenda 111 initiative.

The project is aimed at resourcing the country’s health sector in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic and also improving healthcare delivery in every single district of the country.

Members of the opposition NDC as usual have raised doubts and vehemently opposed President Akufo-Addo's laudable initiative; describing it as a scam.

Mame Yaa Aboagye, commending President Akufo-Addo, described him as a “covenant-keeping President”.

She chastised the opposition NDC to “take their disbelieving and doubting Thomas spirit away from the agenda 111 initiative”.

She maintained that the visionary President Akufo-Addo always kept to his promises, and would once again deliver on the Agenda 111 promise.

The President has delivered on bold, unprecedented initiatives such as Free SHS; 1 district, 1 factory, 1 Constituency, 1 Ambulance, and Planting for Food and Jobs. The success of Agenda 111 will cause the good people of Ghana to reject the NDC for good.

She further touted the Agenda 111 project as one to boost access to healthcare services to ensure each district in the nation has a decent district hospital.
