NPP’s Samuel Pyne could not hide his joy as he emphatically said on NEAT FM’s morning show that he was the ‘right person for the KMA boss job’.
He explained that he knew the position will be handed to him after meeting with the local government board for an interview.
He said on NEAT FM’s morning show ‘Ghana Montie’ that his knowledge and expertise on local government issues surpasses his competitors, something which placed him ahead of them.

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo nominated the Ashanti Regional Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Samuel Pyne as the new Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly Chief Executive.
He will take over from Osei Assibey Antwi, who served as Chief Executive for only one term.
