Ghana's Black Stars failed to beat the Walias of Ethiopia in South Africa in the ongoing FIFA World Cup qualifiers for Qatar 2022.

A first half free kick goal by captain Andre Ayew in the 22nd miunte was cancelled by Getaneh Kebede in the 72nd minute. 

Thus Ghana are now on level points with South Africa who top Group G with 10 points. 

South Africa will play Zimbabwe later Thursday in their last but one match of the group.

The Black Stars will play their last group match against South Africa on Sunday, November 14 to determine who top the group for the last round of qualifiers.
