Bleaching Creams: I'm Not Ready To Risk My 20-Year Brand - Nana Ama Mcbrown

Award-winning actress, Nana Ama Mcbrown may have her face all over billboards representing several brands, however, there’s one thing she will never promote, and that is bleaching products.

The actress, who represents several brands including, Hisense, Amalina Children’s Home, Tasty Tom, and a host of others, has in an interview with Abeiku Santana, revealed that representing bleaching creams is something she’ll never do, no matter the money involved.

Speaking on Okay FM’s drive-time show, Mrs Mensah stated that she does her research well when presented with creams so as not to represent anything that causes harm to the skin.

“I investigate to the FDA, I check and read your certificate. I know the compounds in creams that can make you bleach. So if I read and find out it won’t help me, I bring it back to you,” she told Abeiku Santana.
She continued; “if you look at the brand I have built with the help of God and Ghanaians over the past twenty years, you think I’m going to follow the small money you give me so when someone hurts, what should I do”.

The mother of one also added that she prays to God never to get involved in a brand that will later bring her problems as have been witnessed with other celebrities.
