Budget Brouhaha: You Can't Bulldoze Your Way Through...Be Smart & Humble - Peace FM's Host Tells Majority
"It's about time you realize that you no longer have the numbers," the host of Peace FM's The Platform programme told Majority Members in Parliament.
This followed the rejection of the 2022 budget by the Minority and the subsequent approval by the Majority side.
Speaking on Wednesday's edition of his programme, Nana Yaw Kesseh said: "the NPP Majority members are not smart enough to know that once the numbers have changed they also need to change their strategy...you need to come to the realization that they no longer have the numbers; hence you can't bulldoze your way through again. Be humble and build a consensus with the minority. Being stubborn will take you nowhere. Somebody needs to tell the NPP to be humble and reach a consensus with the Minority"
