Screaming During Sex Is An Offence - Lawyer Maurice Ampaw Cautions

Lawyer Maurice Ampaw has warned couple who have loud sex to stop with immediate effect, claiming it’s an offense that could land one in a court of law.

According to him, engaging in a sexual act and either both couple or one of them screams as a sign of sexual gratification amounts to nuisance (noise making) disturbing public peace.

He advised that, when feeling the pleasure that comes with sex, the only acceptable response is to moan in a low tone that doesn’t affect the next person who may not enjoy this “sexual nuisance” or not invade the privacy of another person.

We don’t have sex and make noise . . . you don’t shout . . . Nuisance is noise making and everybody must have the right to have peaceful enjoyment,” he stressed.

He added that it's a "violation of the human right" to scream during sex in the ears of a non-participant.

He made these comments during UTV's "United Showbiz".

Lawyer Maurice Ampaw also warned parents to desist from bathing or going naked in front of their children.

He exclaimed that parents should stop subjecting their children to such act he termed as "morally wrong and obscene" which, to him, has the propensity to corrupt them.
