The National Chairman hopeful for the ruling NPP , Kwabena Abankwah-Yeboah has asked the public and NPP fraternity to disregard faceless individuals going round spreading blatant lies that he will not contest the position of National Chairman when nomination is open next year.

According to a statement copied to Peacefmonline.com, he stated that the lies are a clear indication of miscalculated propaganda to sway the attention of discerning party faithfuls away from his good works.

“We want to clearly put on record that this concocted and malicious story should be disregarded and treated with the utmost contempt it deserves.”

“KwabenaAbankwah-Yeboah shall by the Grace of God, definitely contest for the National Chairmanship position of our great party when nominations open next year,” portions of the statement read.

Abankwah-Yeboah Definitely Contesting For NPP National Chairmanship; Disregard any post that claims otherwise

It has come to our notice that certain cowardly, faceless individuals are going around secretly spreading blatant lies to the effect that KwabenaAbankwah-Yeboah will not contest for the position of National Chairman of NPP but will rather stay as National treasurer.

We want to clearly put on record that this concocted and malicious story should be disregarded and treated with the utmost contempt it deserves.

KwabenaAbankwah-Yeboah shall by the Grace of God, definitely contest for the National Chairmanship position of our great party when nominations open next year.

In an interview with the press, the astute politician reiterated his firm decision to contest for the NPP national chairmanship position. He stated that he was humbled and grateful for the massive support and love sincerely expressed to him by party executives at all levels across the length and breadth of the country, in spontaneous welcome to his decision to contest for the national chairman position.

Such genuine support, and generous show of love is the result of years and years of hard work and a recognition by party people that indeed Abankwah-Yeboah has served the party transparently in all humility and firmly stood his ground to ensure that the interest of party executives at all levels is protected, especially in financial matters.

Such genuine support and generous show of love cannot and will not be eroded by the malicious and inferior Communist tactics being deployed by detractors who are bound to fail woefully.

Abankwah-Yeboah urges all his teeming supporters to remain calm and continue engaging in a positive and productive campaign that will bring all on board, working together as one, with one purpose: recognizing and rewarding the hard work and sacrifices of party people, improving their welfare and working together for NPP victory 2024 and beyond.
