Diana Asamoah, a prominent gospel evangelist, once felt that hotel visitors were doomed to eternal damnation.
She stated she used to think hotels were places where vice was encouraged. Diana Asamoah During a foreign trip, when offered a hotel room, she turned it down.

As a result, I began to believe anyone who visited the hotel would be damned. In an interview with Angel FM, she said how when she traveled to a different country for a program, she notified her manager that she wouldn’t be staying in a hotel because she didn’t want to offend God.
