Insurance Companies Will Serve Your Interest Without Blemish - NIC Assures Ghanaians

Many Ghanaians have faced lots of challenges with claiming their insurance packages after the unfortunate thing happens or their insurance matures.

The bitter experiences of Ghanaians in their engagement with public and private insurance companies have caused many of them to lose their confidence in insurance companies and vow not to indulge their services any longer.

However, the Commissioner of the National Insurance Commission (NIC), Dr Justice Yaw Ofori has assured the public that this bad omen with insurance companies is now a thing of the past.

He stated that the current leadership of the NIC, under his stewardship, is committed to ensuring all insurance companies are financially sound to respond to the needs of their customers.

Speaking at the 5 years anniversary of Loyalty Insurance Company, on the theme “Growing through Digitalization", Dr Justice Yeboah said, "its time insurance companies mapped up innovative ways of doing business because technology at the moment is not a choice in this new world but a fundamental business strategy that must be entwined into every part of an organization".

Dr. Justice Yaw Ofori commended the Managing Director for Loyalty Insurance Company, Mr. Ernest Frimpong and his staff for their good will over the past five years to making sure trust in insurance companies continue to grow in Ghana.

The Managing Director for Loyalty Insurance together with his workers also pledged their continual dedication to rendering quality insurance services to Ghanaians.
