Chelsea 'Have Reached a Full Agreement on Personal Terms With Moises Caicedo'

Chelsea have reportedly agreed personal terms with Moises Caicedo but will need to settle on a fee with Brighton if they are to bring him to Stamford Bridge.

Journalist Fabrizio Romano confirmed his podcast The Residency that the final details on personal terms had now been sorted.

Mail Sport reported last week how the Blues were planning to step up talks for Caicedo after a £60million offer was rejected two weeks ago, with the Seagulls seeking more than £80million for their star man.

Brighton are notoriously hard negotiators and are unlikely to budge on their valuation.

A move for the Ecuadorian midfielder comes after N'Golo Kante completed his move to Al-Ittihad, while Mateo Kovacic is closing in on an exit to Manchester City and Mason Mount is expected to join Manchester United this summer.
