Adjei Sarkodie, one of the campaign coordinators for Hon Kennedy Agyapong in the Bono region and two others have been arrested over Kennedy Agyapong's missing money.

Adjei Sarkodie who is also one of the special assistants to the Bono Regional Chairman was arrested after he was chased and beaten by the delegates in Tain for failing to deliver money given to him by Hon Kennedy Agyapong, for onward distribution to the delegates in Tain as their transportation money.

Speaking to Peace FM's Addai Munumkum, the Tain Police District Commander, Gabriel Alorsay confirmed the incident and indicated that the stolen monies running into several thousand of Ghana cedis have been retrieved from these individuals while investigations are ongoing.
