Oko Boye Secures Ledzokuku Victory In NPP Orphan Primaries

The Chief Executive Officer of the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA), Dr. Bernard Okoe Boye, has secured a landslide victory to represent the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in Ledzokuku Constituency in the 2024 Parliamentary election.

He secured the victory in the just ended orphan primaries of the party to elect candidates for the party in constituencies where it currently does not have representatives in Parliament.

Dr. Boye, a former Member ofParliament for Ledzokuku secured 902 votes out of the total valid votes cast.

His closest contender, Collins Nii Ashitey Ollenu secured 354 of the valid votes while Clifford Martey managed to secure 199 votes.

In fourth place was Ibrahim Adjei, a presidential staffer who secured 180 of the total 1,635 valid votes cast.
