The Member of Parliament for Ofoase Ayiribi constituency, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, has been retained after Saturday's NPP primaries.
He won with 378 votes against his opponent, Maxwell Osei Gyamerah, who had 100 votes.
Greater Accra Regional Minister Henry Quartey retained the Ayawaso Central seat after securing 594 valid votes, representing 64.57%. His competitor, Moses Abor, former Greater Accra Youth Organiser of the NPP, polled 326 votes, representing 35.43%.
Sylvester Tetteh won the Bortianor Ngleshie Amanfrom parliamentary primary with 590 votes, while Vida Agyekum Acheampong polled 461 votes.
Mireku Duker retained the Tarkwa-Nsuaem seat by 96% of the votes cast.
He pulled 1187 votes out of the 1256 total votes cast. His contender, Gordon Opoku Boateng, garnered 47 votes
In the Ablekuma West constituency, incumbent MP and Minister for Communications, Ursula Owusu-Ekuful, also won the primary with 817 votes, beating her contender, Roni Paa Kwesi Nicol, who polled 241 votes. 20 votes were rejected.
Meanwhile, over 20 incumbent Members of Parliament were defeated in the elections, which means new faces have emerged to represent the NPP in the upcoming December 7 election.
