Mills Is A Tenant In NDC

It seems that President Mills is not a bona fide member of the very political party he presides over as some of his own party people say he is an unwelcome addition to the umbrella family. According to Friends of Nana Konadu Agyeman-Rawlings (FONKAR), President Mills is a tenant in the ruling national democratic Congress (NDC) and that at a point in time, he will definitely leave since tenants are not permanent occupants. Brong Ahafo regional Communications Director of FONKAR, Chris Dugan, who dropped the bombshell on Space FM in Sunyani declared: under no circumstance will a tenant eject his landlord. It is rather the landlord who can eject a tenant. Chris as he is popularly called further described all those who have surrounded the president as tenants because they do not know how the party came into being. The Konadu boy said President Mills will lose the December 7, 2012 general elections because he has lost popularity among the electorate. He did not mince words in lambasting NDC general secretary, Johnson Asiedu Nketia aka General Mosquito, for suggesting that the partys founder, Jerry John Rawlings can choose to leave the NDC and form his own political party if he is not willing to join the Mills team. Speaking on the same programme, the NDC Brong Ahafo Regional Chairman, Opoku Attuahene justified attempts by party gurus to stop delegates from meeting Nana Konadu during her recent four-day campaign tour of the region. According to the NDC chairman, Nana Konadus campaign was flawed and there was no way he was going to associate himself with it. He openly declared his support for President Mills in the July 8 presidential primaries scheduled to take place in Sunyani and called on all delegates especially those in the region to vote massively for him as well.
