Dogs Eat Owner Who Starved Them For 14-Days

A GROUP of starving dogs have eaten their owner after he returned from a two-week holiday. Andre Lumboga's seven pets had not been fed or watered for the entire time he was away. A neighbourhood guard suspected something odd when he noticed that 50-year-old Andre's suitcase was still outside the front door FIVE DAYS after he came back. The guard approached the house in Manado, Indonesia, but phoned police when he smelled a foul stench. Police chief Eriyana said: "His skull was found in the kitchen, and his body was found in the front of his house. "We suspect that the dogs were hungry, so they attacked Andre, because they had not been fed for 14 days." Bones of two other dogs were also found. Andre was from Sulawesi an area in Indonesia where the local diet famously includes dogs, bats and forest rats.
