D-Black To Give To Less Fortunate & Hospitalized Children This Christmas

Ghanas premiere Anglophone rapper D-Black who recently returned from the United States and South Africa after being nominated for the BET Awards and Channel O Awards respectively is actively campaigning for the support of the less fortunate in our country this festive season. "As we celebrate Christmas this festive season, we should remember that there are people out there in Ghana suffering, especially children. The little we can afford to spare to help a needy child in our society could go a long way to help a child have a better and brighter future. Everyone in life needs a helping hand one way or the other, so we shouldnt hesitate to if we can", said D-Black. This donation is ahead of the highly anticipated finale of his nation wide tour THE YES BOSS TOUR with its finale in Accra on the 30th of December. This past year Ive been blessed by God greatly in many ways from my music career down to keeping my family safe and I am tremendously grateful. This is my own small way of showing appreciation, my widows mite, so this boxing day, 26th December at 1 p.m, join me and the entire Black Avenue Muzik team donate to all the kids at the childrens ward at the Ridge Hospital and at the Korlebu Teaching Hospital as well as hundreds of children at selected orphanages in Accra towards their education, growth and have them also have them experience what it means to have a merry christmas. Mawuli Akpabi, artist manger at Black Avenue Muzik entreats all D-Black fans down to the corporate bodies to be a part of this initiative. Nothing is too small to give these children for they are our future leaders. It doesnt have to be one orphanage or childrens ward, we can spend the entire day going round just giving from our hearts D-Black added. D-Black also appeals to other musicians and entertainment industry personalities to also do their best to support the less fortunate children in society. He also commended Ayigbe Edem and Miss Malaika 2009, Gezelle Addai for their donations made to the less fortunate over the past few years. A giving hand is better than a praying lip, lets help build a better and brighter future for Ghana.
