Ghanaian midfielder Emmanuel Frimpong played his first match for Wolves on Monday in their 2-1 home defeat to Chelsea in the English Premier League. The on-loan Arsenal youngster was handed a starting role by manager Mick McCarthy but was he was replaced just after the hour mark. The 19-year-old has left the Emirates to gain more first team experience. Frimpong was disappointed his debut ended in defeat but praised his teammates for their spirited performance. �Shame about the result Fans were absolutely brilliant. If we show this spirit we celebrating Come end of may,� Frimpong wrote on his official twitter page. Frimpong is awaiting a Fifa clearance to play for Ghana.
