Soccer legend Pele has stated emphatically that there would not be someone like him until the end of time.
Described as the world�s all time best player, Pele, also referred to as Edson Arentes de Nascemento pointed out that he is in his own class and that the emergence of another Pele is a remote possibility.
�There wouldn�t be another Pele, you know why? because my mum and dad had long since closed the �machine� that produced me,� he said amidst laughter in a press conference at the Stade de L�amitie in Libreville after a photo exhibition in his honour.
His remarks on the same high table with Gabon President Ali Bongo drew spontaneous applause from the many media personnel that had come from far and near.
To the four-time World Cup winner, every player possesses a special quality that differs from others, hence his conviction that he is a different species.
