Ghana FA Boss: Asamoah Gyan To Return To International Duties In June

Ghana FA vice-president Jordan Anagbla has hinted that Asamoah Gyan will make his Ghana return in June. The Al Ain striker announced over the weekend that he has quit the Black Stars as a result of the public abuse he has suffered after missing a penalty in the semi-final of the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations against Zambia. But the Ghana FA chief believes that the key Black Stars goal scorer will be back in the national team in time for their opening 2014 World Cup qualifiers against Lesotho and African champions Zambia in June this year. He'll be available - he'll be there to play for Ghana, Anagbla told the BBC. This morning, I was able to [talk to] him and don't forget I have this good relation with him. So I was able to talk to him to come out of his decision - to agree with me that he will be available for any game.
