Betty Mould-Iddrisu Leaves CID Premises

The immediate past education minister, Betty Mould-Iddrisu, has just left the premises of the Police Criminal Investigations Department (CID) where she has been for over 3 hours to answer questions on her role in the GhC 51 million judgment debt scandal. According to her lawyer Nana Ato Dadzie who was with her throughout the question time, "it was a very cordial moment." He also added that Betty Mould reiterated her willingness to comply with the police whenever she was invited by the Police for questioning. Mrs Mould-Iddrisu was invited by the police earlier today and her legal team and some family members accompanied her to the Police Headquarters. Mrs. Mould-Iddrisu had given prior notice to the police about her willingness to assist with investigations in the infamous judgment debt scandal involving embattled businessman Alfred Woyome.
