Mr. Jerry Hanson, the Ahanta West District Director of Education, said though teachers faced many challenges including inadequate remuneration and poor housing, they should not give up but rather should be motivated to give off their best.
He said teachers needed to be abreast with the computer placement system in order to educate parents and pupils on how to choose their schools and to minimise the yearly criticism of the system.
