Members of the Koforidua Polytechnic Christian Fellowship (KPCF) have staged a demonstration through the principal streets of Koforidua, calling on people to offer their lives to Christ because the end time was near.
The students, who were dressed in black and red cloths, carried placards and distributed leaflets to people along the streets and drivers and passengers in vehicles.
Speaking to the Ghana News Agency on Saturday, Mr Gabriel Oppong, a member of the group, said the demonstration was a way to evangelise and noted that the group during the week, also visited one hostel to another to preach to colleagues students.
He said the programme, which spanned for a week, ended today Sunday with a thanksgiving service and a fund raising event at the Polytechnic campus.
