Former President John Dramani Mahama has called on the members of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to unite and forge ahead in unity.
He said collective support is needed in the quest to win the next elections.
Speaking over the weekend, President Mahama said internal wrangling and bickering could divide the rank and file and narrow the fortunes of the party in the next general election.
The former President said this when he addressed hundreds of NDC supporters, members and sympathizers at a “Unity Walk” in Techiman in the Brong-Ahafo Region.
He said election 2020 is not too far off hence the need for members of the party to allow unity to prevail they forge ahead together.
Former President Mahama said the constituency and grassroots remained the strength of the party and asked the supporters to register to with the party.
He reminded them that the registration fee was only GHC1 and told the supporters to go along with their two passport pictures when the party’s registration exercise opened.

Ndc paaaaa! What is wrong with you? Get out of your post election trauma and think of how to build your party to attract new members since you can't win any election by yourselves and John mahama and his administration have made your party a create l0000t and share economic association, so very unattractive to decent citizens of Ghana and yet still you following this man who was rejected overwhelmingly in the last election when he was the driver on the seat are you serious? Bring him on and he will get 33% or even less. Ghanaians don't like him and his ndc, simple ! Organising and conveying people from Bupei and Kumasi and other places to your walk in Techiman and making it look like the huge people were from that area is not helping you at all because Ghanaians don't trust you and they know your tricks and what you can do to please yourselves. So please yourselves and stay in opposition forever.
