Founder of policy think tank, Danquah Institute, Gabby Asare Otchere-Darko, is asking former President John Dramani Mahama of his whereabout when he was whipped at 'Let My Vote Count Alliance' protest and the Talensi By-election.
Mr. Otchere-Darko was part of the protesters of 'Let My Vote Count Alliance' which turned chaotic when some members of the group veered off the approved route, forcing police to fire tear gas, whipping them with canes and using hot water to disperse the crowd.
On his facebook page, Mr. Darko asked what then President Mahama did when it occurred under his watch.
“Where where you; When some of us were shot at (multiple times) in front of the NPP constituency office by drive-by NDC thugs right in front of armed security men (soldiers and police), speeding through security check barriers on July 7, 2015 during the Talensi by-election?” he asked.

When some of us were shot at (multiple times) in front of the NPP constituency office by drive-by NDC thugs right in front of armed security men (soldiers and police), speeding through security check barriers on July 7, 2015 during the Talensi by-election; when some of us were beaten up by police officers for holding a peaceful street protest for a clean electoral roll on September 16, 2015; on just these two back-to-back events where some us were personally at the receiving end, we did not hear the President, John Dramani Mahama, make a statement condemning any of the attacks and calling for investigations to be conducted. If he did then all good.
But, we are still waiting for the findings. If he did condemn the attacks and conducted enquiries, please kindly direct us to the links. Both attacks.
What is wrong is wrong. Don’t pick and choose. Not a single person, as we recall, was arrested and/or questioned beyond the reports some of us made to the Police. Please, share the reports if the contrary was the case.

Gabby what can of question be that?We have had a D'EAD G'OAT Prez. since 2012 to 2016.So during that time the syndrome was working through his Veins.
@WADER So the President who is the Commander of all the Forces in the country pleaded with the police to investigate and punish and WHAT HAPPENED? Yeah what happened at Ayawaso must not have any kind of excuse it is wrong but tell JDM whom I perceive to be your idol to keep quieeeeeeeeeeeeeeet. He has no moral justification to pontificate what he has been pontificating.
Hahahahahahahahaha, eiii, what a country, God have mercy on us, you politicians should keep doing what you are doing, don't repent and keep thinking Ghana was created by your forefathers, God has seen everything and He will very soon descend on you all.
LOL BOOT FOR BOOT FUNNY POLITICIANS
THE DIFFERENCE IS THAT YOU were lucky to have some soft hands to massage your back
THE DIFFERENCE IS THAT YOU WERE WHIPPED BY THE POLICE DURING THE LMVC DEMONSTRATION AND NOT BY UNIFORMED MASKED NDC VIGILANTE GROUPS USING STATE VEHICLES PARADING AS NATIONAL SECURITY OPERATIVES. ALSO, AT TALENSI THERE WAS NO UNIFORMED MASKED SUPPORTERS OF NDC USING STATE SECURITY VEHICLES. YOU WERE WHIPPED BY SOME NDC HOOLIGANS, WHICH WAS CONDEMNED BY THEN PRESIDENT MAHAMA. HE EVEN APPEALED TO THE POLICE TO INVESTIGATE AND PUNISH THE CULPRITS. SO, DON'T MAKE SENSELESS COMPARISON BECOS THE SCENARIOS ARE DIFFERENT.
