Former Food and Agriculture Minister, Dr. Afriyie Akoto has said farmers across the country are 'planting' his billboards across the country due to his hardwork.
This was in response to a question posed by host of Peace FM's 'kokrokoo' programme, Kwami Sefa Kayi about why his billboards are spread across most parts of the country.
According to him he didn't plant those billboards.

Another clueless old man wants to be president.
Yes we support Dr Owusu Afriyie Akoto's presidential ambition and endorse his candidature to lead NPP to break the 8yr jinx in 2024. We'll buy his form as well...
The Planting for Food policy has not done much to improve Ghana's mango plantations in terms of processing into juice and exporting the surplus. Last year, mango farmers suffered losses because there was no market for their bumper crop. There has long been a policy to diversify and improve non-traditional export crops, of which mango is one, but it has been a failure. Clearly, in your 8 years as Minister of Agriculture, you have failed to solve this problem.
Hahahaaaa, do these farmers have votes in the NPP presidential primaries? If no, then bill boards don't vote. Fact is that it will be very difficult for you to win the primaries. I don't see it happening now or in the future. Any way the Nigerians have a saying thus ' meat that has fat will prove it by the heat of fire. Time will tell.
