Director of Communications for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Richard Ahiagbah, has mentioned that the Vice President and Leader of the party, Dr. mahamudu Bawumia, will boost Ghana’s economy when he is voted into power in the December 7, presidential elections.
According to Richard Ahiagbah, the NPP flagbearer has what it takes to hit the road running once he is voted into power as the Ghana's President.
Taking to his ‘X’ (formerly known as Twitter) page, the Communications Director of the NPP said, "Imagine a Ghana where the cedi remains stable, and the economy thrives . . . Bawumia would increase Ghana’s gold reserve to back the cedi. By increasing Ghana’s reserve to back the cedi, Bawumia offers an ingenious solution to the perennial depreciation of our currency."
"It’s a bold and smart solution to an intractable problem that has plagued our nation for far too long. Let’s vote for Bawumia, and together, we can build a stronger and more prosperous Ghana. Let’s do it!"
The Communications Director alluded to the fact that the cedi has not been at its best for some time now but added that, with the interventions of the Bawumia led government, the cedi will be brought back to its originally glory.

What's stopping him from doing it now? Head of economic team, I heard. Slow thinking maggot!!!!
***barred word*** fo0ool. Why is akufo addo not doing that to stabilise the cedi
Busted?!! They stole speech without acknowledging the author, they steaI our resources daily behind our back. Now they're steaIing Cheddar's idea without giving him credit. Oh dishonest NPP, we thought you said Bawumia suddenly became the think thank of policies after wasting Ghana's 8 years. Is this an admission that he is bereft of initiating credible well thought through policies but engages in hurriedly prepared emotional abstract propagandist policies. So for credible policies, you have to steaI them
Hahaha after they heard cheddar talking about this. All these years, cocoa is what has been backing our currency when we are one of the largest producers of gold. How non serious can we be? The Bawumia that you called genius for coming up with gold for oil thrash is suddenly going to increase our golf reserves? With which gold? The same golf that he's giving to the Arabs for oil? Or we will stop importing oil into the country? How can a serious people be using gold to pay for oil imports when they can use valueless cash to do the same. How can you possibly think that it's a sustainable win win situation? How could you think that gold for oil exchange will hold the currency? Ridiculous lazy thinkers and mediocre party footsoldiers who always worship them.
