Actors, Vivian Jill and Kwaku Manu who are among Kumawood actors and movie makers that FIPAG has accused of taking incentives from certain quarters to swerve the dumsor demonstration which happened last Thursday in Kumasi have spoken.
The two in an interview with Graphic Showbiz denied ever accepting any incentive to pull out from the protest against the power crisis.
Kwaku Manu when contacted said;
�I would have gladly attended the march if I had the time and energy. In fact, I was so tired on the day because I had worked the previous night.�
According to Kwaku Manu, he never took money from anyone not to attend the vigil as is being speculated. �I am also affected by the energy crisis.� Vivian Jill who was quick to deny ever accepting cash from anyone added that she was busy on the day of the demonstration.
