The works of some Ghanaian footballers, past and present, have attracted the attention of a US-based company, Three G Media Incorporate.
As a result, 'Three G' media has penciled down some names for awards for demonstrating brilliance in their fields of endeavour. The organizers of the awards ceremony said the past footballers who are due to be awarded include �Dribbling Magician� Mohammed Polo, Abdul Razak, Reverend Osei Kofi and Ibrahim Sunday.
For the present generation, the awardees are Black Stars skipper John Mensah, Michael Essien, Sulley Muntari, Kevin Prince Boateng, John Paintsil and former Stars captain Stephen Appiah and others.
