Denmark-based Ghanaian midfielder Enoch Adu Kofi says he is waiting in the wings to jump for a national team call-up.
The former Ghana youth international has come on in leaps and bounce this term as a regular for FC Nordsjaelland in the Danish top-flight.
Adu recently earned his 50th caps for the side who lie second on the league table.
If the coach calls me, Ill be there. For now, Im training and working very hard to improve my status, said Adu.
The 22-year-old was a member of the Ghana Under-20 team which won the 2009 African Youth Championship in Rwanda.
He however missed out on the final squad which won the Fifa World Cup in Egypt.
