Hearts of Oak will be without striker Mahatma Otoo and defender Ahmed Soulama for Sundays Premier League game with All Stars.
Otoo, 19, is suspended for accumulated yellow cards while Soulama is out with a bout of malaria.
The duos absence presents a problem for coach C.K Akunnor considering their recent surge.
But the ex-Ghana captain believes it opens an opportunity for the others to step prove a point.
Yes, I can confirm Mahatma Otoo and Soulama are out of Sundays against All Stars, Akunnor told MTNFootball.com after his final training session on Friday.
Though will be missed I believe their absence presents an opportunity for the others and hopefully they will make good use of it.
Hearts currently third in the Ghana Premier League will be looking to reduce the gap between them and leaders Asante Kotoko ahead of next weeks derby.
