The 21-year-old Ghana midfielder could be released by the Gunners this summer and could land a permanent deal with Fulham at the end of the season.
Ghana midfielder Emmanuel Frimpong could sign permanently for Fulham since Arsenal are plotting to release him on a free transfer this summer.
According to the Daily Mirror, the 21-year-old, who is on loan at Craven Cottage, is no longer part of Arsene Wengers long-term plans at Arsenal.
Fulham boss Martin Jol has not ruled out the possibility to offer him a permanent deal.
If there is an opportunity to take him, I would probably do it, Jol is reported to have said.
Frimpong has been with the Gunners since age nine and successfully switched nationality as a Ghanaian late last year.
