The former assistant coach of the Phobians has had the nod to lead the Tema-based side in the Ghana top flight after sacking Baba Ali.
Amidaus Professionals have confirmed Shaibu Tanko Ibrahim as their head coach.
He will be replacing Baba Ali as the side which joined the elite division of Ghana last season aim at improving their standing on the log.
The former assistant coach of Accra giants Hearts of Oak has a great deal of task on his first day at the office as the Tema side face off with league champions Asante Kotoko on Sunday at home.
Amidaus are 10th on the Premier League log and a win will serve as a morale booster ahead of the second round of the Ghana Premier League.
