Medeama will face Congo's AC Leopards in the play-off round of the CAF Confederation Cup following Tuesday's draw in Cairo.
The Mauves, making their continental debut will play away to the Congolese side, winners of the 2012 edition competition in the first leg on the weekend of April 18-20 in Brazzaville.
Coach Roberto Paulette's side will host the Fauves of Niari in the return clash at the Essipon Stadium the following weekend, April 27.
Tuesday's draw pitted eight teams that qualified from the 1/8th round of the Confederation Cup eight teams that were eliminated from the 1/8th round of the CAF Champions League.
The aggregate winners will progress to the group stage of the Confederation Cup.
