The Juventus player remains a key weapon to the Black Stars coach, who believes Asamoah presents him with options at Brazil 2014.
Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah has hailed the versatility of Kwadwo Asamoah since he can be relied upon for any position at the World Cup in Brazil.
The Juventus midfielder has been used at the back, the wings and in attack sometimes apart from goalkeeping, and Appiah feels excited about such an arsenal in his possession at the global football fiesta.
Kwadwo Asamoah is one of the players that you can put him in any position apart from the goalpost, Appiah said at a press conference ahead of the South Korea friendly on Monday. With him [Asamoah], I normally don't have much of a problem.
He added: I can tell him to play this role or the other. He is so versatile and can play anywhere.
The former Udinese star will be making his second appearance at the World Cup after his debut in the 2010 edition in South Africa.
