The Adansi Rural Bank hopes to record an impressive performance this year, more than the net profit of GH¢268,000.00 posted last financial year.
As at October ending, the bank's deposits mobilization had hit GH¢5.5 million as against GH¢4.6 million recorded last year with investments also shooting to 2.5 million as against GH¢1.6 million gained last year.
Mr J.K. Ofori-Agyemang, the General Manager of the bank, said this when the bank donated items to the children of the Sympathy Orphanage at Tewobabi in the Adansi North District.
The items included 10 live birds, two bags of rice, five gallons of cooking oil, 50 pilchards, biscuits and GH¢200.
He said said the bank's network stood at GH¢1.14 million. So far a total of GH¢3.3 million have been granted as loans with the bank's share capital increased to GH¢182,727.
