The Ghana International Mall, which is still under construction, is set to be completed soon, making it the biggest shopping centre in West Africa.
The project is direct across from Kasa Global Villas and the Manet Police Station at the junction of Spintex Road and Agblezaa-Manet Road in Accra.
The Ghana International Mall will include 100,000 square meters of commercial space and 150,000 square meters of residential flats.
It has a swimming pool, children's playground, and other amusement areas, with car parking spaces for approximately 5000 cars.
Ghana International Mall is estimated to cost $250 million and is expected to rank among the top ten largest malls in Africa once it is finished.
A real estate YouTube channel called Andy's Insights shared a video of the mall and briefly described it, which excited netizens.

Why do some Ghanaians behave so negatively like the first comment? We see value in absolutely nothing. Just complaining all of the time. That is why I am a big believer like Allotey Jacobs on Bawumia. It is possible.
Abam Mensah, they are constructing the road, there's a road from there to flower pot, which passes in front of regimanuel estate, they are doing it
What about the road leading to that place. Spintex road is already choked with traffic and now with such a big mall there, the traffic is going to be worse. This is where stakeholders and government come together to achieve a common goal. In Ghana, we have very limited alternative routes/roads to the same destination which is very bad. This is due to the way we utilise our lands. Anyone can buy a land anywhere and develop anything on the land regardless; even if the land is earmarked for railway lines, road, school or children's play centre. My last time in Ghana in September 2022 thought me a lesson not to use the Spintex road at certain times due to horrendous traffic jam. It is good investers have built this mall which is going to creat hundreds if not thgousands of jobs; however, were any thoughts given to the general public regarding traffic jams and accessibiity?
