To make impeding Christmas an incident free, police at Ahafo,Bono and Bono East region have decleared war on pushers and users of hard Drugs.
Due to this, Bono regional Regional Police Command took a special swoop exercise at the Zongo extention in Sunyani at Bollaso which led to the arrest of eleven (11) Suspected persons.
The suspects are,Debra Fidel , Nuru Sulley, Charles Abanga, Michael Aning, Ernest Asare Tanko Bukari ,Yushua Mallam, Jerome Mbilla, Ali Issaka, Habib Adam, Kwaku Antwi and Fuseini Inusa for possessing whitish powder highly suspected to be Cocaine and dried leaf also suspected to be Indian Hemp.
The Suspects are yet to be sent to court to secure a Remand to enable police to complete their investigation.
The PRO for police in the three regions, Bono,Ahafo and Bono East Chief Inspector Augustine Kingsley Oppong has appealed to the public to give information to police to enable them to Flash out all the social miscreants for members in the community to the have their peace.
