Former President Jerry Rawlings and Ghanas former High Commissioner to the United Kingdom Prof. Kwaku Danso-Boafo have amicably settled their differences arising out of the latters publication of a book on Rawlings.
The Fast Track High Court in Accra heard Friday that the two men have agreed terms, a copy of which has been deposited with the court bounding the pair.
Among other terms, Prof. Danso-Boafo who has acknowledged areas of concern raised by Rawlings in the book J.J. Rawlings and the Democratic Transition in Ghana, will address same in the next edition of the book.
Consequently, the former high commissioner can go ahead to launch his book, a ceremony which was called off last month at the last minute as a result of the lawsuit.
