Miniplast Limited Ghana, has award some of its staff for their immense contribution to the company during the year under review.
The short ceremony which took place at the company�s head office in Accra was graced by the Vice President of Ghana Plastics Manufactures Association who is also the General Manager of Miniplast Limited, Nana Adawu Richard Tawiah Odoom.
Some of the workers were presented with 32inch LED Plasma TVs, certificates and some plastic products.
Speaking at the ceremony, Nana Adawu noted some difficulties the plastic manufacturing company is facing in the country and called on government to come to their aid.
According to him, the erratic power supply and the high cost of importation of raw materials by the company has been a major worry as well.
�The dumsor dumsor is killing our business. We plead with the president to help us,� he said.
Nana Adawu also called on other companies to recognize the efforts of workers so as to inspire them to work hard for the development after urging workers to also be hardworking.
