This president paaaaaa is a big joke. He gives promotion as if he is sharing toffees during Christmas. What type of mass promotion is that. So for all these years the police service internal system couldn't promote these service men on merit, and has to take the president to do this. I can understand one or two or even five, but 21 at a go is highly questionable. I think the man is near his death so he want to leave a legacy of a destroyed police and armed forces institutions before he dies. In every organization mass promotion destroys the quality of the organization productivity. If everyone is DCOP, then who receives instructions from who?
