The Supreme Court will today rule on a motion filed by lead counsel for the third respondent in the election petition case, Tsatsu Tsikata in which he is seeking cross-examine other petitioners witnesses who testified via affidavit.
If the Supreme Court rules in Mr. Tsikatas favour, he would have in the witness box the Member of Parliament for Tano North, Freda Prempeh, MP for Berekum, East Dr. Kwabena Twum Nuamah and a polling station officer at Savelugu in the Northern Region.
The three named persons attached their affidavits to that of the three main petitioner in the case, thus the NDC's insistence that they be called into the witness box.
In their attached affidavit, the three NPP Members said there was cancellation of some results in their respective constituencies.
