A group of Ghanaians in the UK, on Saturday, demonstrated against their President, Mr. John Mahama who is in the UK for a three-day official visit at the invitation of British Premier David Cameron.
The placard-wielding demonstrators lined up along the streets of 104 Highgate Hill, where Mr. Mahama had gone to interact with the Ghanaian community.
Heavy British Police presence staved off any mishap.
Some of the placards read �Ghana�s elections not for sale�, �2012 elections were rigged�, amongst others.
One of the Demonstrators, Dr S. K. Nuamah, told XYZ News from London that the �spontaneous� action was meant to send a message to the President that Ghanaians outside are aware of what transpired in the 2012 elections.
President Mahama�s meeting with his country folk, nonetheless came off with hundreds of them converging on Highgate Hill.
