The Fast Track High Court hearing the case involving businessman Alfred Agbesi Woyome has set March 12, 2015 as judgment day.
The court presided over by Mr Justice Ajet-Nasam said proceedings of the case were now ready and that the parties should exchange their address.
He said the state would by the end of January serve Mr Woyome"s counsel to respond by the end of February.
The judge said there was much work to be done before delivering judgment and said he would give the parties some time to exchange their address.
The case was adjourned to March 12, 2015.
Mr Woyome is standing trial for defrauding by false pretenses and causing financial loss to the state.
He pleaded not guilty to the charges and is on a GH₵ 20 million bail.
