Jan. 7- President John Dramani Mahama marked his first anniversary as President of the Republic by holding a Press conference that attracted both domestic and international Media houses

Tamale, Jan.16 - President Mahama undertook his first regional tour to the Northern Region, where he thanked the people for voting for him in the 2012 general election, commissioned completed development projects and cut the sod for commencement of work on new ones in the region.

London, Oct. 23 - President John Mahama addressed the opening ceremony of the Ghana-UK investment forum organised by the Ghana Export Promotion Council in London.

Sefwi-Wiawso, Nov. 5 - President Mahama was the special Guest of honour during the 30th annual Farmers' day held at Sefwi-Wiawso in the Western Region, where farmers throughout the country received awards in farming, fishing and Aquaculture.

Kumasi, Dec. 20 - President John Mahama as the leader of the ruling National Democratic Congress addressed the party's delegates congress where new national party executives were elected into office.

Kpong, Dec. 23, – President John Mahama inaugurated the expanded Kpong water project expected to produce 20 million gallons of water to Tema and Accra especially to areas that hitherto had had no pipe-borne water for the past 15 years and beyond.


Bawku, Dec. 27 - President Mahama on addressed the chiefs and people of Bawku in their historic festival that was organised after years of ethnic conflict in the area between the Kusasis and Mamprusis.
